Privacy Notice

This notice covers the Daryl website at www.daryl.si and the early-access list for Daryl (also written Daryl AI or Daryl SI), a personal AI for macOS that is currently in pre-launch.

For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@daryl.si.

If you join early access, we collect the email address you enter, the language of the page you signed up from, and the date and time you signed up. That is all we ask for.

We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this website. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use your email address for one purpose: to send you a message when Daryl launches, in your language where we can. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.

Your email address is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which may process data in countries other than your own.

We do not sell your email address or share it for advertising. When we send the launch message we may use an email delivery provider, which receives your address only to deliver that message.

We keep your email address until Daryl has launched and the launch message has been sent, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

You can ask us at any time to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can also withdraw your consent whenever you like.

To make a request, email privacy@daryl.si from the address you signed up with. We will reply within 30 days.

Daryl and its early-access list are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If we change how we use your email address, we will update this page and, where the change affects you, ask for your consent again.
